The Rookwood | Hyde Park

The property was beautiful with comfortable beds and high end appliances. Everything inside the rental was perfect. The only problem was outside. The elevators… when they actually work… are sketchy. The parking is terrible and in no way communicated as to where you can park. We had to ask a nearby business and she informed us we had to park over a block away, down an alley and in an abandoned parking lot. I saw people lost on the last day of my stay in the building. Stopped to help them and found out they were also with the same

So hours before checking in I receive a call that the unit was experiencing issues that made it unable to occupy. As I instantly panicked on how I was going to find accomodation for me and my boys, the manager stated they had another equivalent unit available if interested, but it would be a few miles away. I said sure and they took care of all paperwork to move the reservation. What was a risk of a trip going sideways turned into a master class of how to resolve an unanticipated issue. The replacement unit fully met our needs. Hats off to the team that manages the property in the way they solved a problem instead of just delivering a bad message.

This is a beautiful place in a very nice area. It offered plenty of space for everyone, and the older building charm added to the experience. I would highly recommend it, and will look for this property again when traveling to Cincinnati!

The condo was incredible. Great size, awesome layout, perfect location in the heart of historic Hyde Park. Also love that it was pet friendly. There were a few lapses in communication, but ultimately everything got handled. Would stay here again if in the Cincinnati area.

The unit was in excellent condition in terms of cleanliness. The managers were very fast in getting back to us with any comments or requests. The property is in an excellent area and we could walk to where our family lived as well as their church and schools. We always felt safe. I would highly recommend this property!
