When we arrived for check-in, the cleaning lady was still working on the downstairs unit. She saw through the window that I was wearing a boot and she came out and helped us carry in our bags. She made not one, but two trips and then came back up to show us how to unlock and lock the doors to the decks. Her kindness was pure and genuine and set the tone for a wonderful weekend with friends. The space is uniquely designed and beautiful and the view of the river and sunset from the rooftop deck was uniquely Cincinnati.
