Great stay. Only thing I would say to add to the property page is to explain that the garage is accessible through a *very* narrow alleyway that requires driving up on the curb. Wasn't a problem but would have liked to know that ahead of time.

House was really nice. Large kitchen and common areas. Great location. Short walk to restaurants and shops in OTR. Easy check in. Host is very responsive. Overall great place

Messages to the host were answered very quickly. The street in front requires permits every day but Sunday's. The garage is huge and roomy but the alley to get to it is extremely narrow if you drive a crossover or SUV. It took some patience to get in and out. Check in instructions weren't sent until the literal check in time. It made it a little nervewracking to coordinate with the other group driving in from a different area and stressful waiting for them. The house was as described. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The app messaging seemed to have some bugs to work out as links weren't clickable and I couldn't find the "parking details" as mentioned. We were mostly able to figure things out but we never saw a house manual or any tips to help us acclimate to the space.Kitchen was stocked with what we needed for a few cooked meals. Coffee supplies were well stocked. The rental is about a quarter mile from the Cincinnati connector that we were able to take both to Findley Market/Brewery District and too and from the Reds game alll for free. I appreciated having very little asks at checkout. If you plan to use the outdoor space, you may want to request the cushions be kept dry. It rained when we first arrived. We tried to move the cushions out of the rain as soon as we noticed nothing was covered but it was too late and we couldn't use the furniture for our stay without getting damp. The view was really neat.

The property and location were great. The listing did accurately mention the parking detail and the reviews noted the challenges other visitors encountered. We have larger vehicles and found it difficult to get in the garage. We chose to park in the nearby public parking garage at a reasonable rate. Overall great experience but the parking situation does require consideration.

Great location! Great house! But....lots of stairs to get to bedrooms.
