This place is lovely! It is the second time we have stayed here. I would highly recommend.

It is our third time staying in Lower Cambridge, it works well for what we need.

The apartment itself was wonderful. However, there was a significant road construction project going on in front of the apartment. The construction made getting to the apartment and parking very difficult. There was no warning or mention of this situation in the listing.This was truly the only drawback of our stay but this presented a significant difficulty. Especially with the upstairs apartment rented.According to City of Mariemont; On 8/25/2025 work began removing the street pavement on Cambridge Avenue starting at Grove Ave and moving west. Gravel will be placed to provide access until the asphalt pavement can be replaced.The next neighbor indicated the progress has been slow and no end in sight for this construction project.

Had messaged about checking in an hour early…told me cleaning crew had not been there yet. Stopped by to see if crew would let us drop off our bags so we wouldn’t have to take them to my husband’s gig. No one was there except another guest upstairs who told us the parking had been awful and she was leaving because of it. There is only half of the street because the other side is tore up and no parking is allowed. We came back after husband’s band finished at Milford Porch Festival and the same pack of raisins were still on the cinder block stairs. I would have thought that the cleaning crew would have disposed of them. Later we walked to dinner and when we came back the lady upstairs yelled at us for not leaving her parking room, but she told us she was leaving earlier that day. It was a bit uncomfortable. The space is very nicely decorated & comfortable.

Property itself was well decorated and cute! Cream in refrig was curdled but everything else was provided. I had asked host to communicate with me re: check-in via text as portal was harder to access; he did not. Street was all tore up; only able to access the property through another route. No parking on street so we were left to juggle with the other people staying on the site for the driveway. Would have appreciated a heads up as construction has been long-standing. No local TV - only roku/netflix.
