Zan Court Unit 1 · Mt Lookout Hideaway

Great location and very clean property. You do have some noise from the property above (Friday night music until late hours) and communication was strong in the beginning but when I texted asking additional questions during our stay, I didn't received any reply. AThe washing machine is used by everyone in the building. But, we had no problems with sharing. Overall, it was a great location 15 minutes from Riverbend, 12 Minutes from the Red Stadium and 10 minutes to October Festival!

Very clean, a nice space, well appointed, great value, excellent location. Only negative is the noise transfer from the upstairs unit- wasn't problematic to us but worth knowing.

Perfect location close to UC Campus. Host was accommodating and easy to work with

The host was very responsive to any questions. The apartment was cute, well equipped, clean and a perfect location for us. Walking distance to Mt. Lookout!

Rental was cute if needing a bit of a deep clean and minor repairs. Be aware the unit above is occupied with little to no sound barrier, which is awesome given they come home from work at 2 AM and like to have screaming matches from 2-4 AM.
